When I started doing research about inequality, i quickly
started to look at different workplaces to see how equal
different industries where. I soon realized that there is
no tool for comparing salary between the genders at
Different workplaces.

So I wanted to make a mobile application for applying to
a new job where you could also see if the workplace
you applied for has equal pay.

I began doing gray boxes quite early to have an understanding
of how the app would look like. I decided to keep the app
on the smaller side to make it easy for the costumer to navigate
without feeling lost or like there was too much information.

When I started with my design system, I started
 with color and shape. I wanted to use
something calming, so I searched around for what colors I could use to achieve that. I quickly learned 
that blue is calming, but I also found that purple stimulates the brain 
more than blue does, so I brought out 3 different shades of purple and one very light
 which I used as background color, I also used black. When it came to form, I quickly realized that I wanted round corners and soft shapes to stick to the calming theme with the colors. I also wanted it to look a bit more playful to reach out to the younger generation.
